- Monitor and control access to the construction site, ensuring only authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicles enter the premises.
- Maintain a security logbook and record visitors, vehicle movements, deliveries, and incidents.
- Conduct regular patrols to identify suspicious activities, safety hazards, unauthorized access, or potential security breaches.
- Protect construction materials, equipment, machinery, and other site assets against theft, damage, and unauthorized use.
- Monitor site entrances, exits, and designated restricted areas.
- Report security incidents, emergencies, and suspicious activities promptly to the site management.
- Ensure compliance with site security procedures and applicable safety regulations.
- Coordinate with site management and relevant authorities when required.
- Maintain a professional, alert, and disciplined presence throughout the assigned shift.
- Previous experience as a Security Guard, preferably at a construction site or similar facility.
- Good observation skills, alertness, and the ability to respond appropriately to security incidents.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including night shifts, as required.
- Physically fit and capable of conducting regular site patrols.
- Valid UAE security guard license or relevant security certification, as required by the applicable regulations.
- Must be available for immediate joining in the UAE.
