Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance works for residential, commercial, and building facilities.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Diagnose electrical faults and ensure timely troubleshooting and repair.
- Supervise electricians and technicians and allocate daily maintenance tasks.
- Inspect electrical installations and ensure compliance with approved standards and safety requirements.
- Review electrical drawings, maintenance reports, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, building management, subcontractors, and other maintenance teams.
- Monitor maintenance activities and ensure work is completed within the required time and quality standards.
- Prepare maintenance reports, material requirements, and work completion reports.
- Ensure compliance with UAE electrical regulations, health and safety requirements, and applicable authority standards.
- Respond to emergency electrical breakdowns and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support the management in technical assessments, quotations, and maintenance planning when required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant UAE experience, preferably in building maintenance, facilities management, or MEP maintenance.
- FEWA approval/experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of building electrical systems, maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Experience supervising electricians and maintenance technicians.
- Good knowledge of electrical safety procedures and UAE regulations.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
- Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
- Candidates currently residing in Ajman are preferred; candidates willing to relocate to Ajman may also be considered.
