- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for waterproofing, heat insulation, and flooring projects.
- Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
- Monitor site progress, workmanship, materials, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Conduct site inspections and identify technical or execution issues.
- Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and relevant documentation.
- Monitor project schedules and support timely completion of site activities.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure proper material handling and application.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and escalate major concerns to management.
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction and HSE requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of UAE site experience in waterproofing, heat insulation, and/or flooring works.
- NEBOSH Level 3 certification is mandatory based on client requirement.
- Strong knowledge of site supervision, construction practices, and HSE procedures.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site teams and coordinate multiple activities effectively.
- Malayalam or Tamil speaking is preferred.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Candidates who can join immediately or with a short notice period will be preferred.
