The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English and possess strong technical, project coordination, and site management skills. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review engineering drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and contract documents.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure quality control procedures are implemented throughout construction activities.
- Coordinate with government authorities to obtain necessary approvals, inspections, and permits.
- Evaluate contractor performance and verify completed work for payment certification.
- Identify technical issues on-site and provide practical engineering solutions.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Support procurement by reviewing technical submittals and material approvals.
- Attend project meetings and communicate project updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, municipality requirements, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with the real estate team during project handover, snagging, and property maintenance when required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in contracting, construction, or real estate projects.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, building codes, and municipality regulations.
- Experience managing villas, residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments is preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software (MS Project or Primavera is an advantage).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Available for immediate joining or on short notice.
- Experience working with both contracting and real estate development companies.
- Knowledge of authority approval procedures (Municipality, Civil Defense, Utilities, etc.).
- Experience in project estimation, quantity verification, and contract administration is an advantage.
