Job Summary

- Manage and supervise construction activities on-site.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Prepare project schedules, reports, and progress updates.
- Verify quantities, material requirements, and work completed.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations and local authority requirements.
- Attend project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Review and approve contractor work and project deliverables.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience in construction, infrastructure, or building projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, regulations, and permitting processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
- Membership in a recognized engineering body is an advantage.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE and able to join immediately will be preferred.
- Experience managing residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
- Familiarity with municipality and regulatory authority approvals.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
