Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and review electrical systems, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Supervise electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare electrical load calculations, single-line diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and UAE regulations.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and budget requirements.
- Prepare material take-offs, BOQs, and technical submittals.
- Review and approve shop drawings and method statements.
- Ensure compliance with DEWA/SEWA/FEWA regulations and applicable electrical codes.
- Maintain project records, reports, and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to HSE requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant UAE experience as an Electrical Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with electrical load calculations, panel design, and power distribution systems.
- Familiarity with UAE electrical regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
- Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Umm Al Quwain or nearby Emirates.
- Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or facilities management environments.
- Knowledge of energy-efficient systems and electrical safety standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
