Job Summary

- Design, review, and supervise HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
- Prepare HVAC load calculations, equipment selections, duct sizing, and technical specifications.
- Review engineering drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor HVAC installation activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards.
- Conduct testing, balancing, commissioning, and performance evaluations of HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related technical issues and system deficiencies.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out effectively.
- Prepare project reports, technical documentation, and progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, health & safety standards, and project requirements.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets related to HVAC works.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in HVAC engineering.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles, installation practices, testing, and commissioning.
- Experience working on commercial, industrial, residential, or mixed-use projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and HVAC design software.
- Knowledge of UAE codes, standards, and local authority requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- UAE Driving License is an advantage.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE and able to join within a short notice period will be preferred.
- Experience working in the Northern Emirates, particularly Umm Al Quwain.
- Experience with HVAC maintenance and facilities management projects.
- Familiarity with energy-efficient HVAC systems and sustainability standards.
