Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of Technical Sales experience in KSA (selling industrial bolting, hydraulic torque and tensioning tools, on-site machining services, pipeline maintenance solutions, flange management services, or related industrial equipment.)
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Arabic-speaking candidates referred.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to promote and sell specialized industrial bolting, on-site machining, flange management, and pipeline maintenance equipment and solutions across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of industrial maintenance services and equipment, combined with proven sales experience within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Manufacturing, and Industrial sectors.
The role requires building long-term client relationships, identifying business opportunities, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Power Generation, Manufacturing, and Industrial sectors.
  • Promote industrial bolting, controlled tightening, flange management, on-site machining, pipe cutting and beveling, hot tapping, line stopping, and pipeline maintenance solutions.
  • Generate leads through direct client visits, networking, industry events, and market research.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers and key decision-makers.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
Technical Support & Consultation
  • Conduct site visits and assess client requirements.
  • Provide technical recommendations and customized solutions based on operational needs.
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Assist clients in selecting appropriate equipment and service solutions.
Proposal & Tender Management
  • Prepare technical and commercial quotations.
  • Review tender documents, specifications, and scope of work.
  • Participate in contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
  • Follow up on submitted proposals to maximize conversion rates.
Market Intelligence
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Identify upcoming projects and maintenance shutdown opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to management.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build strong relationships with plant managers, maintenance managers, reliability engineers, procurement teams, and project managers.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of Technical Sales experience in KSA.
  • Proven experience selling industrial bolting, hydraulic torque and tensioning tools, on-site machining services, pipeline maintenance solutions, flange management services, or related industrial equipment.
  • Strong exposure to Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Power, EPC, and Industrial clients within Saudi Arabia.
  • Existing network of industry contacts is highly preferred.
Technical Knowledge
  • Industrial bolting and controlled tightening solutions.
  • Hydraulic torque wrenches and bolt tensioners.
  • Flange management and joint integrity services.
On-site machining services.
  • Pipe cutting and beveling equipment.
  • Hot tapping and line stopping solutions.
  • Pipeline maintenance technologies.
  • Industrial shutdown and turnaround projects.
Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
Language Requirements
  • Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) – Mandatory.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) – Mandatory.
Additional Requirements
  • Valid Saudi Arabia driving license.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across KSA.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi industrial market and business culture.
