Key Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems including ductwork, piping, chilled water systems, split units, VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.
- Read and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Perform testing, commissioning, and balancing of HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment and associated controls.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure all installations comply with UAE safety regulations, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades on-site.
- Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and materials required for HVAC works.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Identify and report technical issues or delays to the supervisor.
- Follow company HSE policies and site safety procedures at all times.
Education & Qualifications
- Diploma or ITI Certificate in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, or related field.
- Relevant HVAC certifications are preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of HVAC experience in construction or MEP projects.
- UAE/GCC experience preferred.
- Experience working on commercial towers, villas, malls, hospitals, or industrial projects is an advantage.
- Knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with VRV/VRF systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.
- Ability to read HVAC drawings and technical documents.
- Basic understanding of electrical and control systems related to HVAC.
- Familiarity with HVAC testing and commissioning procedures.
