Key Responsibilities
1. Patient Care
- o Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- o Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
- o Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient conditions.
- o Provide wound care, post-operative care, and chronic disease management.
- o Assist in specialized departments such as Operation Theatre, Neonatal ICU, Emergency Room, or Outpatient Department based on expertise.
- o Handle medical equipment such as ventilators, tracheostomy tubes, and PEG tubes, particularly in home care or critical care settings.
- o Maintain accurate and timely patient records using electronic health systems.
- o Ensure compliance with DOH/DHA regulations and institutional policies.
- o Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare staff to optimize patient care.
- o Educate patients and families on health management, prevention, and post-discharge care.
- o Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate interventions, including BLS (Basic Life Support) if required.

Experience
- · Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in a hospital, home care, or specialized clinical setting.
- · Preferred experience in one or more of the following:
- o Home care or community nursing.
- o Neonatal ICU, Intensive Care, Geriatrics, or Chronic Illness Management (e.g., cardiac/respiratory/renal failure).
- o Operation Theatre, Emergency Room, or Outpatient Department.
- · Clinical proficiency in nursing procedures and patient management.
- · Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse patient populations and healthcare teams.
- · Ability to work independently and handle emergencies calmly.
- Good command of English (Arabic or Hindi) is a plus
