Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC system design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, with proven experience working on projects in the UAE. The role involves overseeing HVAC projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and delivering high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities

• ·       Design, install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• ·       Conduct site inspections and assessments to determine HVAC requirements.
• ·       Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for HVAC projects.
• ·       Supervise and coordinate with technicians and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
• ·       Troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
• ·       Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, standards (such as DM, ADDC, DEWA), and safety protocols.
• ·       Monitor HVAC system performance and optimize energy efficiency.
• ·       Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• ·       Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, invoices, and service records.
• ·       Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends.

Requirements & Qualifications

• ·       Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• ·       Minimum 3-5 years of UAE work experience in HVAC design, installation, and maintenance.
• ·       Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (chillers, VRF, FCU, AHU, ductwork, etc.).
• ·       Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., AutoCAD, HAP, Revit).
• ·       Familiarity with UAE authority regulations (DM, ADDC, DEWA, etc.).
• ·       Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• ·       Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• ·       Valid UAE driving license is preferred
