Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Technician with a strong background in MEP systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. Candidates already inside the UAE and available for immediate joining will be prioritized.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Install, assemble, and test mechanical equipment and components according to technical specifications and project requirements.
• Diagnose faults in mechanical systems and perform troubleshooting and corrective actions efficiently.
• Collaborate with electrical and plumbing teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service logs, and repair reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and client requirements.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and provide technical support as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in mechanical and MEP systems within the UAE, preferably in facilities management, construction, or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools for MEP maintenance and repairs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• UAE driving license (preferred).

 
Requirements

• Must currently reside in the UAE.
• Available for immediate joining.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
