Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Employer Industry: Driving Institute
Work location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE
Salary: as per the industry norms
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in driving institute in UAE
Requirements: bachelor’s degree or higher diploma

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction & Support:
  • Greet and welcome customers in person, over the phone, or through digital channels.
  • Address customer inquiries related to driving courses, schedules, fees, and documentation requirements.
  • Guide new students through the registration process, ensuring all documents are collected and accurately processed.
  • Course Registration & Management:
  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate driving courses based on their requirements and skill levels.
  • Coordinate with instructors and administration to confirm class schedules and availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of students’ progress, course completion, and any feedback.
  • Complaint Resolution & Customer Satisfaction:
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and surveys to gauge customer satisfaction and collect feedback for service improvements.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude to enhance customer experience.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of driving school policies, packages, and promotions.
  • Assist in managing the appointment calendar and scheduling driving tests.
  • Prepare daily reports and summaries of student activities, inquiries, and feedback.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Liaise with the training, finance, and operations departments to ensure smooth functioning and consistent service delivery.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers and increase enrollment.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new services, processes, and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a driving institute or similar setting within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE driving regulations and requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for helping customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
