Responsibilities:
- • Receiving the inquiry, requesting for any clarification, collecting missing documents/ information
- • Submit company prequalification - draft warranty, authorization letter, brochure, projects list, etc.
- • Handle Technical & material submittal including Compliance statements, test certificates, sample boards (profiles, accessories, and hardware), and corner L samples
- • Generate Thermal calculation report and preliminary structural calculation report (as required)
- • Review/stamp customer shop drawings. Generate typical section details in CAD (dwg) tool for shop drawings purposes. Prepare final position drawings & quantities as per approved shop drawings
- • Obtain confirmation or revision comments on the Technical & Material submittal
- • Run full order MTO, optimization, cutting list, glass sizes, stock list, assembly list
- • Obtain approval and endorse the final approved MTO for Proforma Invoice
- • Receiving the inquiry, requesting for any clarification, collecting missing documents/ information
- • Aggressive follow-up on missing documents, information, and request for clarification
- • Checking the window schedule, bill of quantities (BOQ) & analytical section details
- • Understanding project performance requirements air, water, structural, thermal
- • Checking any special performance requirements (i.e. acoustic, condensation, security, blast-proof etc)
- • Generate preliminary structural calculations for typical positions
- • Generate accurate Thermal calculations to confirm compliance with specific project requirements
Requirements
- • Must have an engineering bachelor's degree.
- • Experienced in all aluminum & glass works (doors, windows, curtain wall, glass room,)
- • Prepare portions of contract proposal estimates, including the determination of applicable project plans and specifications.
- • Supervise the fabrication site execution
- • Assist in the calculation of material quantity requirements, preparation of routine estimating data, gathering & compiling data for use in bid proposal estimates, and production of drawings and other documents.
