Requirments
1. Good Command of English, use English to communicate with supervisor on Hse, can use English to make HSE procedure document, pass Cet 4 or Toefl 500 +.
2. Familiar with the oil field surface engineering safety construction standards, skilled in safety assessment.
3. Under the age of 40.
4. At least 3 years technical management experience or 2 years safety management experience.
5. Major in safety or environment is a plus.
6. International Nebosh certificate or intermediate registered safety engineer is preferred.
Responsibilities
1, responsible for HSSE Procedure document preparation;
2, Bid Document Preparation;
3, Various Management Regulations and operation process preparation;
4, on-site coordination;
5, on-site Supervision;
6, Organization Hse Training, health examination, anti-terrorism training, and other work.
